How long will it take to get my order? Generally speaking, you should have your order in 5 - 7 business days. All of our products ship direct from our warehouse in Jacksonville, Florida. With rare exeception, we ship by UPS ground. Use the map below to get an idea of how long it should take. Do, keep in mind holiday times and bad weather can cause it to take a day or two longer. 
How can your prices be so much less? We are an Internet only store. We do not maintain a physical store you can walk into. As a result, we have much lower operating expenses than our competitors. We pass the savings on to you, the customer, in the hope that it will increase our sales. What if I want a refund? Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not issue refunds. However, in some instances we do. Please read the Terms and Conditions of Sale page by clicking on the link. I thought only Cops could buy this stuff. Is this legal? Yes, what we sell is legal. You must be at least 18 years of age to buy from us. Also, it is your responsibility to know the local regulations where you live that may restrict your purchase. Under no circumstance should you take what we have posted as the current law and regulations for where you live. Why do you single out New York for no Pepper Spray orders? Based on requests for purchase, we have to deny orders to New York residents more than any other state. We've decided its best to just post that we cannot ship pepper spray items to New York.
